Marco Aurelio Antonino Augusto, better known as Caracalla, was a Roman emperor. He was born in Lugdunum (currently Lion) in 188 a.D. and died in 217 a.D., victim of an internal conspiracy.
He was going to begin a campaign against Parthians, trying to emulate Alexander the Great.
